I have stayed in 36 Airbnb's over the last 10 months...

We sold our house last summer, so we have been bouncing around to different Airbnb's across Vancouver Island and the world.

While some people may view this as crazy, I have enjoyed it, and it's given me a unique perspective.

While some of the Airbnb's were average, the ones that stood out were those that were crafted with care and attention to detail.

During these stays, I was reminded once again of the value of attention to detail and going the extra mile.

It's something I've always known and tried to live by, but these stays really enforced it.

This realization long ago had a significant impact on the way I approach all aspects of my life.

I understand the importance of putting in extra effort and exceeding expectations, whether it's in my job, hobbies, or relationships.

It's not always easy, but the rewards are always worth it.

It reminds me of the job interview question “What is an example of when you went above and beyond at your last job or in life”.

Start doing things that give you a million answers to that question!
